Article 3 - Our delivery services.

3.1. The price of our services

3.1.1. Support for the registration and validation of the order.

A flat rate is applied to each order.

Note: An order corresponds to one or more purchases on a single e-commerce site. In the event of unavailability of the article on the stated site, a flat rate of 16 € TTC or 10,000 CFA francs will be applied for the provision of assistance in searching for an article on other merchant sites.

 

3.1.2. Delivery of packages.

This service takes into account transport from Europe to Africa, customs clearance in Africa and home delivery.

The sender ensures the delivery of his parcels by two logistical means mainly:

Air Freight Shipping and Sea Freight Shipping.

 

For this, the shipper offers 4 delivery services declined as follows:

 

  • Air Express Freight

Air freight delivery service.

Duration: 4 to 6 days (customs clearance not included)

  • Standard Air Freight

Air freight delivery service.

Duration: 8 to 14 days (customs clearance not included)

  • Air Freight Groupage

Provision of delivery by grouping in Air freight.

Duration: 7 to 21 days (customs clearance included)

  • Sea freight

Delivery service by Sea Freight

Duration: 4 to 6 weeks (customs clearance included)

  • Small household appliances, Clothing, shoes, cosmetics: 16 € / Kg (i.e. 10,000 FCFA / Kg)

      * a minimum of 16 € whatever the weight.

 

  • Large Household Appliances, Home Furnishings, High-Tech (Tablets, Computers, Television): Service subject to an estimate.

 

3.2. Products not accepted:

In order to fight against counterfeiting, terrorism, trafficking in metals and animals, etc., the Shipper reserves the right to accept or not the shipment of certain products. Perishable products and sending money are also affected by this device.

Article 4 - How to pay for your delivery?

Payment is made:

  • Online: Credit card, Paypal and Transfer.

  • Money transfer: Western union, Orange Money, Mobile money, Express union ...

  • In agency: In cash in our central agencies and representative office.

* Payment by check is not accepted.

After confirmation of payment by our banking services, delivery of your package is initiated 24 hours after receipt of your order in our French warehouses.

Orders for which payment has not been made cannot be received in our warehouses.

Article 5 - Delivery time

We deliver your packages in Africa according to the terms of services below from the receipt of your order at our premises in France.

  • Air Express Freight

Air freight delivery service.

Duration: 4 to 6 days (customs clearance not included)

  • Standard Air Freight

Air freight delivery service.

Duration: 8 to 14 days (customs clearance not included)

  • Air Freight Groupage

Provision of delivery by grouping in Air freight.

  • Sea freight

Delivery service by Sea Freight

Duration: 4 to 6 weeks (customs clearance included)

You can have it delivered to other cities in your country from € 15 in addition.

For any delivery, our delivery person will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

In case of absence at your home or at a relay point, the delivery person in charge of the delivery of your order will inform you of the modalities of recovery of your package via a calling card and / or SMS.

We draw your attention to the following points:

  • You have 10 days to collect your package from our agency. After this deadline, a flat rate of 9 € / day (or 5,000 FCFA / day) will be applied for the storage of the package in our agency.

  • In the absence of withdrawal within 30 days, the package could be alienated or sold by the sender without the sender's liability being engaged with regard to the recipient or any other person.

Article 6 - Problem with the order

6.1. Receipt of the order in France

All orders are systematically checked upon receipt and prepared for dispatch in parcel format to our agency in Africa.

  1. In the event of an error on the order (incomplete, damaged, etc.), the customer is automatically informed of the status of said order, to decide whether to send it as is or to return it to the merchant site.

  1. In the event of a return to the merchant site, possibilities are available to the customer depending on the return and reimbursement conditions of the merchant site.

  1. In the event of a new dispatch of the order, a revision of the delivery times will be made.

6.2. Receipt of the parcel in Africa

All packages are systematically checked upon receipt at our premises in Africa and prepared for delivery to the customer within 24 hours.

In the event of a package damaged by our carrier, the Shipper will do the maximum reasonable to initiate a second delivery or a refund if necessary.

Article 7 - Delay and impossibility of delivery

7.1. Late delivery

The Shipper will make every effort to respect the delivery schedules. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the orders and means of transport, they are not an integral part of the contract.

The Shipper will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by a delay in delivery of the package.

No compensation is due if no precise delivery date agreement has been entered into between the Shipper and the customer.

If applicable, the customer must send a letter of complaint to the Sender by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt in order to benefit from compensation.

7.2. Impossibility of delivery

The packages will be delivered by hand according to the customer's prior choice: either at the Shipper's agency, or at the address indicated by the customer during the validation of the delivery (at the time of payment).

* The package can be handed over to a third party on presentation of a valid identity document and a copy of the recipient's identity document.

  • If the parcel is returned to our premises following an inability to deliver it, you will be automatically notified by email and / or SMS.

  • In the event of refusal of delivery, or change of mind on the order, a return may be considered at the customer's expense and provided that they are eligible for the 14 calendar day withdrawal period in accordance with French law (from the receipt of the order by the French agency).

* Any return of parcel is subject to the return conditions of the e-commerce site from which the order was placed.

Article 8 - Our responsibility (The Shipper)

The responsibility of the Shipper begins upon receipt of the order by our agency in France. Before this phase, the Shipper is released from any liability for delay, unavailability of the product, inability to deliver, etc. by the merchant site.

  • The Shipper undertakes to condition the packages optimally to avoid any damage during transport.

  • The Shipper undertakes not to exceed 10 working days in the delivery times of your package. However, the responsibility of the Shipper cannot be engaged in situations of a political nature (strike, war, etc.), natural (epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, flood, etc.) and linked to its subcontractors.

  • In the event that the Shipper is liable, it should not exceed the amount of the service.

* The Shipper cannot be held responsible in the event of customer fraud (theft of a bank card, etc.), theft of an account with an e-commerce site when placing an order.

Article 9 - Complaint deadline

Any complaint must be made in writing to the Shipper within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order by our French agency.

Article 10 - Applicable law

Any dispute will be subject to the law applicable in the country where the incident occurred, either in France at the time of dispatch, or in Cameroon at the time of delivery.
